Q: I am having an issue with the website, what should I do?
A: Give us a ring & we will be happy to help you out.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: £5.95 for standard delivery.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround depends on the delivery service you choose, but if you want your canvas quickly then choose 'express' for a 3-4 working day turnaround. Standard turnaround is 4-7 working days and Economy is 15 working days.

Q: Can I send this as a gift?
A: Yes, just enter the recipient's delivery address, no invoice will be supplied with canvas.

Q: I have an image i would like to have printed on my canvas however i don't know if its big enough. Would you be able to let me know?
A: Yes, certiantly. Just email your image to us and we will reply and let you know what size would be best for your image.

Q: How do you make my canvas?
A: When we get your image, we set it up on our print template, print the image onto canvas using a High Quality HP Large Format Printer. From here we align and stretch your canvas on the stretcher bars and staple it secure.

Q: What size of canvas can you make me?
A: We can print 24" wide by upto 120" long.

Q: What types of files can I use?
A: We ask for high resolution JPEG images. Please do not take your image from a social networking website or the internet as the file is likely to have been compressed meaning its not ideal for printing.
